Facility reservations

Facilities maintained by the  The Environmental Youth Work Unit can be reserved using the youth services facility reservation forms and, in the future, via Varaamo. When allocating facility reservations, priority is given to Helsinki-based youth organizations and groups of young people, with other Helsinki-based groups and schools being considered secondarily.

The facilities are free of charge for Helsinki-based entities. Companies and religious communities are subject to rental fees approved by the Culture and Leisure Committee.

The supplementary application for booking facilities at the Youth Work Unit for Environmental Activities’ camp centers opens on January 2, 2025. The supplementary application allows for booking the remaining available slots for the calendar year 2025. Facility bookings are made via an electronic form, which will be available under the name of the respective facility on this page (below) when the application period begins.

NOTE: Please also read the instructions for facility bookings: Instructions for using the spaces of the environmental youth work unit.

Additionally, our camp centers are presented in more detail in our camp center
brochure, which can also be found in the menu on the right side of the page. Available
slots can also be inquired directly from the respective booking location, and
an electronic application form must be completed for each booking.

You can find the camp centre brochure for the Environmental Youth Work Unit here.
