Introduction

A summer paradise within walking distance!

Edible Park is an open community garden where everyone is welcome to hang out and enjoy the urban garden environment.

Edible Park is a place for young people and a garden run by the City of Helsinki Youth Services. During the summer season, the park features camp and summer activities for young people, as well as a summer café run by 4H.

Summer 2026 activities in Edible Park

In summer 2026, the park will serve as a venue for youth organisations’ day camps. For more information about the camps, please see the youth organisation website: Clubs and camps – 4H Association of the Helsinki Metropolitan Area / Helsinki 4H Association (website in Finnish).

The park also features a summer café run by young 4H entrepreneurs from June to August. Helsinki Youth Services will not organise any activities of its own in the park in the summer of 2026.
