A summer full of free activities
There are many ways to enjoy the summer! A wide range of summer activities is available across the city throughout the summer, right up to the start of school. These include camps and various courses and workshops, among others. There are both art and sports activities to enjoy together!
Most of the summer activities offered by the City of Helsinki are free of charge, and those that do involve a fee are very affordable to ensure that as many people as possible have the opportunity to participate.
Youth centres also organise plenty of informal, low-threshold activities and opportunities to hang out, including football, skateboarding and all sorts of other fun summer activities.
The wonderful summer cafés run by young people will be open again this summer. These cafés are designed by young people and also offer summer job opportunities for many of them.
