Summer of Saarigalleria 2024
Description
The activities of Saarigalleria in Vartiosaari for summer 2024 will start on Tuesday 11 June and end on Friday 24 July.
Saarigalleria is home to an eco-café run by young people, where you can enjoy vegan and gluten-free waffles. The café is open from Tuesday to Friday 12 noon - 5.30 pm.
Workshops open to all young people aged 12 to 25 years are organised in Saarigalleria. In the workshops, you can make handicrafts, which will be turned into exhibition at Saarigalleria during the summer. In addition, there are adventure activities in the form of climbing and kayaking. You can also look after the nice summer sheep of Vartiosaari in the workshops. The workshops will be held from Tuesday to Friday at 1 pm - 5 pm.
The activities are produced in cooperation between Environmental Activities and the Kontula Youth Work Unit.
