Fire and light show for the whole family at Pihlajamäki Youth Park at 13:00–17:15

Come celebrate the eve of the Independence Day at Pihlajamäki Youth Park – amazing entertainment for people of all ages: The Belenos Group of Arts will perform a fire show at 15:45 and 17:00 (duration approximately 15 minutes). Lukas Leon will appear at 16:00. Music will be provided by DJ Vanja. Horse carriage rides and pony riding can be enjoyed throughout the event, of course!

Multicultural Independence Day celebration featuring dance performances and rap artists at Pikku Huopalahti Youth Centre at 17:00–22:00

The performers include Hassan Maikal, Bali Boys Band, rap artist Mjay, Nigerian artist Ike Chime, dance groups Bhinekka from Indonesia (Laras) and Magnos Lopes from Brazil, Capoeira Clips Academia Europa and Helsingin Whusu ry.

Tiivistämö blows up the eve with rising punk stars at 19:00! (K-18)

Rising punk stars will take over Tiivistämö on Sunday night. Katujen Äänet, Jukka Nissinen and Ongelma will appear live on stage. On 5 December, Tiivistämö will be hosting a celebration for the release of Katujen Äänet’s long-awaited sophomore album, aptly titled “Kaiken jälkeen” (After everything). At Tiivistämö on 5 Dec at 19:00. Age limit 18 years.
