Nezumicon
Nezumicon is a Cosplay event produced entirely by young people, taking place at Malmitalo on Saturday 26.9.2026! The event is free of charge and aimed at young people. The production of the event is supported by Operaatio Pulssi! Pohjoinen, Malmitalo, Malmi Library and the Malmi Youth Work Unit.

Nezumicon is a safe and enjoyable event for everyone when we all follow the event rules and the instructions given by staff.
- Respect other people’s personal space: always ask for permission before taking photos, hugging, or touching someone else’s costume or props.
- Bullying and harassment are strictly prohibited. Use common sense!
- This is a substance-free event. Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is prohibited anywhere on the event premises.
- Make sure to eat and drink enough, and clean up after yourself!
Harassment Contact Person
If you feel unsafe, immediately contact the harassment contact person. You can reach them through the info. You may also approach the youth workers for assistance. All discussions are confidential.
Photography
- Always ask for permission before photographing someone or publishing their image.
- Do not photograph people while they are eating, taking a break, or in areas where photography is prohibited.
- You do not need permission for general event photos, but please make sure that everyone appearing in the photo is comfortable with it.
- Props
Real firearms, airsoft guns, swords, and bladed weapons are prohibited. Props longer than 50 cm must be inspected at the information desk and marked with tape, which must remain visible throughout the event.
If your prop could potentially harm another person due to its size or materials, it must also be inspected at the information desk. Please note that large props can be very difficult to carry around the event. Large props are not permitted in the Artist Alley under any circumstances. Props may be stored at the cloakroom or information desk. If you have any questions about whether your prop is suitable for the event, please contact us in advance at: nezumicon.fin@gmail.com
If staff determine that your behavior, costume, or appearance is inappropriate, we reserve the right to remove disruptive individuals from the event. Any unsuitable props will also be confiscated for the duration of the event.
Blocking Emergency Exits
Please do your part to ensure that stairways, narrow corridors, and areas in front of emergency exits remain clear at all times.
Fragrances and Hygiene
Please maintain good personal hygiene and use deodorant, but avoid excessive fragrances. Let’s work together to prevent the “con plague” – if you are sick, please do not attend the event.
