Borrow hiking equipment free of charge – Wempaimisto camping equipment lending service

Description

The camping equipment lending service Wempaimisto, located in the facilities of Youth Activity Centre Silmu in Itä-Pasila, lends out tents, skis, backpacks, camping stoves and many other kinds of camping equipment to young people under 29, youth groups, youth organisations and school classes in Helsinki, for example. Borrowing equipment is completely free of charge. All you need is a Youth Services membership card, also known as Jässäri.

Wempaimisto is open on Mondays and Wednesdays at 14.00–18.30. Please arrange any equipment borrowing in advance by emailing wempaimisto@hel.fi.
