Helsinki Flow School 2024
Come and learn how events and festivals are produced and marketed!
Helsinki Flow School is now being launched for the fourth time in cooperation between the City of Helsinki and Flow Festival.
Helsinki Flow School is a free course package aimed at young people, where they will get to know extensively the event industry and the job opportunities it offers. The course covers different aspects of event production from the perspective of both Flow Festival and the City of Helsinki. The course provides a great toolkit for event planning, production and marketing directly from industry professionals.
Aimed at young people aged 18–28 living in Helsinki, the course will be held at Tiivistämö, Suvilahti, Helsinki.
Based on the course, the participants also have the opportunity to apply for the production team of the You X event organised by Tiivistämö and for Flow Festival training. The You X event and Flow training are applied for through a separate application process.
Teaching at Helsinki Flow School is in Finnish.

A total of 100 young people living in Helsinki are accepted for the course, selected on the basis of applications. The application process is ongoing from 20 November to 10 December 2023 here.
