Description

The Legend of Ochi is a captivating fantasy film about an unconventional friendship between a young girl and a feared creature known as an ochi.

In a remote village, young Yuri has spent her whole life learning to fear the darkness and the predators lurking in the forest shadows – the ochis. But when a wounded baby ochi gets separated from its pack, Yuri cannot turn her back on it. She decides to defy the villagers' warnings and her father's orders, embarking on a dangerous journey to return the creature to its home – even if it changes everything she has ever believed.

The film stars young Helena Zengel as Yuri, Willem Dafoe as her father Max, Emily Watson as her reclusive mother and Finn Wolfhard.
