Graffiti- and street art workshop: Designing and painting the Pride truck

Description

In FunkOn's graffiti and street art workshops, you can get to
know the basics of graffiti and street art and create a unique
piece of art for the Youth Pride truck together with
professional painters. No previous experience is needed, it's
enough that you come along with an open mind to try and
create together. During the workshops, we practice the
basics of graffiti drawing and design and implement a new
look for the youth Pride truck. The finished work will be seen
in the Pride parade, where the participants' handiwork will be
visibly on display.

Workshop sessions

Mon 22.6. 16:00–19:00 Basics of graffiti
Learn the basics of graffiti and practice drawing with paint
markers under professional guidance.

Tue 23.6. 16:00–19:00 Design
We draw more and design the Pride truck's artwork together,
deciding what will be painted on the truck.

Thu 25.6. 16:00–19:00 Painting day
We paint the jointly designed artwork onto the Pride truck.

No separate registration is needed, but we hope that the
youth participating in painting the truck commit to all three
workshop sessions.
