Queer joy, bracelets, and mocktails!! At Osallisuuden aika ry’
s event, we’re gathering thoughts on how queer identity is
perceived within services and the system, and what it truly
means to us. Sometimes it feels like professionals see
identity as a burden or an unfortunate addition to the growing
pains of youth. In reality, community and the joy of one's own
identity can provide essential support and mean everything.
Come express your thoughts through text, images, or lyrics
for a communal artwork. In addition to these reflections, there
will be a bracelet workshop and a mocktail bar to ease your
thirst on a hot summer day.
