Mental is okay and imrovising

Description

Would you like to try improvisation in a relaxed and safe
environment? In this low-threshold improv session, we will do
playful exercises together, allowing you to practice letting go,
being present, making mistakes, and creating together. You
don’t need any prior experience in improv.
You can also just hang out or play board games with the folks
from Sekasin-chat, participating in the improv is completely
optional. It's okay to just be a sweet mess <3
