Regional exercise services Walking floorball for those over 60 Vuosaari

Description

Walking floorball is like normal floorball, but there is no running. You can borrow the equipment on site.

The class is free of charge.

Regional exercise services are low-threshold exercise activities organised by the City of Helsinki Sports Services in the Kaarela, Mellunkylä, Vuosaari and Malmi-Tapulikaupunki regions.

Regional exercise services aim to increase the wellbeing and sense of community of the residents while promoting an active lifestyle by providing versatile exercise opportunities close to where the people live.

No advance registration is required, and you can join the activities at any time during the season.
