Regional exercise services are suitable for everyone, and the class provides an excellent opportunity to get to know other people in the area and to feel a sense of belonging. It is never too late to start moving!
The class is conducted in Finnish and is led by a regional sports coordinator.

You can join the activities organised by regional exercise services at any time with no advance registration. The first introductory class is free of charge. To participate, you will need the regional exercise passport, which can be borrowed for two weeks at the Malminkartano and Kannelmäki libraries or bought at the City’s indoor sports facilities or the regional sports coordinator.
