Clothing Swap
Description
Clothing swap is here again! ♡´・ᴗ・`♡
Clothes and crafting materials are swapped again on Sunday March 8th from 1PM to 5PM at Tiivistämö Lämpiö side. 💫
How can I participate?
1. Go through and review your wardrobe. Set aside garments that are seasonal, still in good condition, and no longer useful for you (but would still deserve a chance on someone else<3)
2. Wash your clothes. Make sure there are no odors, stains, holes or other defects in the clothes.
3. Bring your clothes with you to the event on March 8th, leave them at the door with the organizers — we will put them in place for you!
4 Walk around, look, and try on the clothes freely. Maybe you'll find new treasures for yourself from the clothes brought by other participants.
Participation is free of charge ♡
Swapping does not have to happen on a 1:1 basis: swapping does not mean that you can only take as many items you brought. You are welcome to the event and you may take what you need or want, even if you don't have anything to swap when you arrive!
There will also be a textile and craft materials exchange point at the event, so if you have any unnecessary fabrics, sewing, knitting or other craft supplies / materials taking space in your closets, you can bring them to exchange!
‼️NOTE! Please do not bring ultra-fast fashion, broken or dirty clothes to the event.
We will save the leftover clothes for our next clothes exchanges, some will be donated to other organizations.
Sunday-swap vibes are served by:

Niffi D
Irish-born record collector, DJ and radio host Niffi D [Footnotes, Offbeat] has become a well-known face on the local scene over the past few years, bringing her unique sound to some of Helsinki's most prestigious clubs. That sound spans a range of genres, with UK bass and its adjacent styles being close to her heart since her early clubbing days. Last year saw the launch of her Footnotes show at IDA Helsinki, where she focuses on uplifting dubstep and post-dubstep, UK funky and bruk (UK broken beat). Niffi’s style is informed by her love for jazzy and percussive flavours — combined with a keen appreciation of the heritage behind the current bass scene.
Leila T
Leila T will take you on a journey to a world of hypnotic ambience, darker techno, and broken beats.
DJBBQT
Hello i'm DJ BBQT. At the event I'm going to play RnB and hip hop records slowed all the way down to make it sound syrupy and mellow. much love
