Welcome to learn the basics of various martial arts in a safe and playful environment under the guidance of an experienced mixed martial artist. In the course, you will get to practice MMA, boxing, kickboxing, wrestling, submission wrestling, and judo. No prior experience in these disciplines or any other sports is required. The instructor is MMA athlete Timi Leskinen. 

The activity is part of Operation Pulse! East. Participants are not insured by Operation Pulse! or by the City of Helsinki.
