Grounding Yin yoga

Grounding Yin is a calm yoga practice with long, deep stretches, where the instructor may apply gentle pressure to different nerve points in your body during the poses to deepen the stretch. However, you always have the freedom to choose whether you want to be touched during the practice or prefer to do the yoga poses independently. No previous yoga experience is required. Yoga mats are available at Vuotalo, but you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
