Suvilahti improvisation championship 2026

Description

Are you interested in improvisational theater? Would you like to gain more experience and improv training from Stella Polaris' improv master? Would you like to perform with your own improv group?

We are looking for improvisation groups of young adults under the age of 30 who would like to perform on the Tiivistämö stage and compete in a light-hearted competition for the Suvilahti improv championship.

The day's training will be led by Stella Polaris actress and trainer Elina Stirkkinen, who will teach the groups improvisation techniques and give them tips on performing.

Participants in the improv cabaret are expected to have some experience of improvisational theater and various improv techniques. The group can be an existing one or one formed specifically for the event.
