Play of the Day is a one-day experimental theater project for 16–29-year-olds, featuring a dramatization of the Animal Farm. Rehearsals begin in the morning with a reading of the play and the assignment of roles. The day continues with scene rehearsals, during which the set designers and costume designers create the visual world of the performance. The premiere and only performance will take place on the same evening.

Previous theater experience is beneficial, but the most important qualities are good teamwork skills, a willingness to throw yourself into the role, and a can-do attitude. There is room for 15 actors, who will be accepted in the order of registration.

Preliminary schedule:
10:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. rehearsals
2:00–3:00 p.m. break
3:00–5:30 p.m. rehearsals
5:30–6:30 p.m. dress rehearsal
6:30–7:00 p.m. break
7:00–7:30 p.m. preparation for the performance
7:30 p.m.   Premiere
8:30 p.m.–9:00 p.m. closing discussion
