Malminkartano Recreation Hall, Ruosilantie 18
Come along and practice the basics of self-defense and martial arts. Participants receive an overview of the techniques of the sport. The activities are intended for beginners and you do not need to have any skills beforehand. Instructions and equipment are provided. You only need to bring athletic clothing and a water bottle. This group is for girls only. You can come to the first session with your guardian, if you wish.
