Adventure workshops in Vartiosaari

Description

The Environmental Activities Youth Work Unit will hold introduction days focusing on different adventure sports at the Stocka canoeing shore of Vartiosaari. 

The workshops will provide an opportunity to try different sports, such as canoeing and climbing, with a low threshold. The programme also features various puzzle games. You will not need any prior knowledge or experience, as our instructors will help you get started. All you need to bring are weather-appropriate and wear-resistant clothes and your own lunch.

In summer, you can access Vartiosaari by the Aurinkolautta ferry from Laajasalo (Reposalmentie 2). We will gather at the Vartiosaari forest church and walk to the Stocka shore together. You can find the forest church on Google Maps. Sign up now!
