Vimma-sports Badminton
Description
Badminton is a racket sport played between two players (singles) or two pairs (doubles). The objective of badminton is to hit the shuttle over the net into the opponent's court so that it cannot be returned effectively.
The class involves warm up drills, technique practices, and playing games.
The teacher speaks Finnish, English and Hindi.

This activity is part of Helsinki's free Vimma sports program for 12–16-year-olds. Vimma sports offers over 20 different activities across Helsinki. No prior registration is required for Vimma sports classes, and all you need is a rechargeable customer card to access the facilities. The card costs €4.
