Tsemppis! summer camp on Bengtsår camping island, Hanko

This summer, the traditional Tsemppis! camp will again be held in Hanko, Bengtsår camping island, 1 July - 7 July 2024 (Mon-Sun). If you are a young person aged 12 to 16 years, join the adventure! At the camp, you can enjoy nature, swimming, sauna, angling, competing, paddleboarding, playing, the evening campfire and the camp programme. We also make a day trip to the centre of Hanko, relaxing and solving difficult puzzles. You can also try pedal boating and canoeing if the weather permits, and explore the island’s other exciting activities. We make the morning and evening meals ourselves in a barbecue canopy, but the warm dishes are prepared by the island staff. We live a week of real camp life and sleep in tents. Camping equipment includes Niger tents, which are in the style of Snufkin's tent, that is, open at the base. You can also bring your own tent. The camp bus departs from the yard of Kontula Youth Activity Centre Luuppi on Monday 1 July at 10 am, and we will arrive back in Luuppi on Sunday 7 July at around 3 pm - 30 pm. The camp group can accommodate 30 campers. You will receive an invoice at your home for the camp fee. You will also receive a camp letter well before the camp, which contains more detailed instructions on how to prepare for the camp!
