Day hike at the House of Adventure

Description

The day hike, which was planned by young people and born out of Youth Budget workshops, will be held at the House of Adventure in Vuosaari on Wednesday, 18 October, from 11:00 to 18:00. During the hike, participants will learn how to make a fire, prepare food with camping stoves, practice teamwork, various hiking techniques, and other camping-related things. Weather permitting, participants can also go kayaking. The day hike can accommodate up to 15 participants and is aimed at young people aged 12–18. We will issue a participation certificate to those who would like one, which can be used when applying for a summer job, for example.
