NYT-liikunta keeps young people moving in the summer

NYT-liikunta offers versatile and relaxed low-threshold exercise for 18–29 year-olds all over Helsinki. The wide range of classes includes inexpensive activities for everyone, regardless of their skill level. 

Classes will be offered up to the end of June. Would you be interested in working out in a gym or outdoors? Or maybe a ball game? How about Friday trips with changing destinations?

You do not need to register in advance for the NYT-liikunta exercise classes or have any sports background. The classes will be held by expert instructors who motivate and instruct first-timers in the sport and provide more experienced participants with suitable challenges. Everyone gets to exercise on their own terms. 

The NYT-liikunta exercise card will give you unlimitedly access to all classes. The NYT-liikunta exercise card costs €30 per season (+ €4 for the chargeable smart card the first time). More detailed information on the exercise card and classes is available at nytliikunta.fi.
