Laajasalo Summer Space

Description

The Laajasalo Summer Space is a summer place young Laajasalo residents have planned and which has received its summer 2022 funding from the young people’s participatory budgeting. The Summer Space will be built in the heart of Laajasalo: the sports field in the Saari arena. The Summer Space programme includes street art workshops, yard games, basketball, football, spending a summer day in good company together with youth workers. All activities are free of charge and no advance enrolment is required. The Summer Space will be open between 4–9 p.m. on every weekday from 18 May to 23 June.
