Description

What is weird? And is it something completely different for a child than for an adult? The exhibition brings together art made by professionals and children.

In the Exploring the Weird exhibition, media art is seen as diverse as possible. It can be any sort of contemporary art in which media and technology are the means or subject of art. It can be a performance, presentation, installation, Internet art or something completely different.

Weirdness pulls together the art of professionals and children. The works of art will be on display at the exhibition, which will open in Annantalo’s galleries. An open call for art works was organised in autumn 2021. A panel consisting of the students of Annantalo has been involved in the selection of the final art works.
