Supersafkaa cooking course
Description
Supersafkaa course allows you to design menus, learn how to make a table setting, cook and, of course, feast.
The course is designed by young people and focuses on sustainable choices, good food and the role of ecologically sustainable food in today’s social media. In addition to cooking and exploring recipes, the course also includes photographing prepared dishes and allows you to hear related ideas from people you know from social media. The course is for young people aged 13–20 and is free of charge. The course is organised during the school autumn break from Wednesday to Friday, 19–21 October at 12:00–18:00. The location is the Youth Environment Space in Laajasalo. The course has capacity for about a dozen young people. Registrations: nina.vongruenewaldt@hel.fi
